have a 2000 monte carlo ls. Frequently but randomly it won't start. Most times when I turn the key to the on position I notice the fuel guage is on E regardless of how much gas is actually in the tank. Sometimes the gas gauge works. The security and battery light blink back a forth. When I turn the key it turns over but won't start. Sometimes it will kinda start (for a split second) but just dies. If I leave the key in the on position and don't try to start it the dashboard LCD gear display go's away (the LCD mileage display stays).Here is a list of what I have done plus 2 diff.shops. Fuel pump,fliter regulator,IAC,Cam sensor,bcm,pcm,key cylinder.And now I will get "cal error" on stereo.....Please help this is killing me and my pocket !
