The weather reports I'm reading show thati t will be raining tomorrow morning and most of the afternoon, clearing in the evening. I'm betting that most of us who work or go to school during the day will catch the race providing we're home by 5-6 o'clock or so. Question is if you can stay up long enough to see the end after all the light, scattered showers that will go across there tomorrow night.

This was my only experience at the Daytona 500, Feb 16, 2003, I was there with my then girlfriend and it ended like this........
2003 Daytona 500 Race Offically Called - YouTube
Pretty much stunk, we stayed the extra day if the race would have been continued but it was called due to rain and never restarted! Then we came back to Pittsburgh which was under a huge winter snow fall.........

More rain this morning and afternoon, but lets hope the scenario works out for the better and it clears up to give Nascar time to dry the track and get the race started and in tonight. An evening race would be great and give more people the opportunity to watch it. I don't know though, something tells me that the weather won't cooperate and the race will be pushed back again, but keep your fingers crossed...
