wow I go all in, my driver comes in 4th thanks to the rain and i still only come in 8th. I cant believe it. Stupid rain.

I think tony had a pretty good car anyway so he probably would have won it. On to the martinsville.

Juniorcar was bragging about all that all in and leading the points... well he's only the leader due to the race winner tie breaker rule!!!

Now off to Martinsville, with new rules!

Despite my 3rd place finish for this race points...

Im still dead last in the overall......Guess its pointless for me to continue picking......Considering I got into this like 3 races behind.....Not much chance of me advanceing... In the Series...or the Championship...

Also congrats to bblackstone on your win!!!!

In the end, everything I said was validated. I also previously stated that "all in" would average mediocre but gain more wins. Aside fron how ahead I could have been today without the call Hamlin's team made - there is always a coulda, shoulda, woulda - my worse day (today) never dragged me down.

I am eager to embrace a new/old game beginning at Martinsville. I doubt I will be so successful, but I highly suspect that Junior will continue to be!

BTW:
Check the points. Nascar.com scores Hamlin with 34 points that race. He lead the first lap

STUMPMI, you're 298 points out. I missed that when I copied it over but it's in teh stats page.

Remember, we also run segments. At Richmond, we keep the overall tally going, but start a new set of points for races 10-18 on the schedule, Talladega-Daytona. That is going ot be a tough segment to win with 2 restricter plate races on it. I would suggest you keep the fight up, and just run for race wins!!!! It will be a little mor efair now with the three picks/three drivers rule in effect. If nothing else, you mgiht catch a few wins and you'll be in position to make runs at Segment 2, 3, and 4!!! Some people are going to drop by the way side as the season goes on (for instance, Teacher didn't have picks in this race). I say keep going!!!!

I don't know what I messed up in your original picks, but I had to change something... mayeb I had something wrong in the first place.

The Martinsville thread is up... hope to see you all there posting under the new rules package!!!!

I'll be sure to check this.

When I calculated this, eh was shown as having led two laps and finishing 12th. Therefore, 33 points.

Considering all those green flag pit stops, he probably snuck past the leader when he pitted and led another lap at some point.

Only the last two numbers matter. The 232 is how many points you have . the -301 is hwo many points out you are.

All the other numbers are are just how many points you scored in each race. That's because I forgot to clear them out when I copied it off of my spreadsheet.

Yo uwere -298, but then Junior Car pointed out that Hamlins points value changed, so it became 301 when I had to give JuniorCar, the points leader, three more points.
