Cup Picks/Texas/Sunday Afternoon

I like how they just showed what messed up the 24 pit box... very clear shot of hte jackman taking time to pull the rocker panel.... no one in the media wants to talk about this.
For those not up to speed, Dale Goonyer's road manager took a picture of the #2 car in post race inspection and pointed out that NASCAR had the ball in their court, what would they do with Keselowski's car? Call it damage or call it cheating? He was promptly fired 2 days later and the next time at a mile and a half track, both Penske cars had this done that I noticed and by Charlotte, all major teams were doing it.

I had already called out the 48 on the first post - check it! DRINK!!
It's easy to spot on cars with a white rocker panel. cars like the 20 with that flat black one are really tough to spot.

ESPN said that NASCAR Told them there wasn't much they could do to regulate it - so they let it go.
WTF do they mean there is nothing they can do to regulate it? They record all these pit stops, officials monitor the tire changers - all you have to do is black flag every M-F'er who does it and make them fix it!!!
