wont start when engine is cold. Car has no problem start when engine is warm

I seafoam it bout twice since i had it, didnt smoke either timw. Thanks for the info, is there anyway i can tell egr is bad by looking inside after itz clean?

If I remember correctly they are kind of a sealed unit, so I don't think you will be able to tell. The true test would be to put it back on and see if the problem is fixed.
