Default battery has power but car wont start

ok so I went into a appointment yesterday and my wife stayed in the car, she decided to turn it off and didn't see that the key didn't fully turn off, it would not turn to the position to be able to remove key,, I came out and tried to start the car and it wont turn over, battery has power but had some one try to jump it any way and it still wont turn over, dash lights come on but that is it, I opened the steering column and shifter console and pushed the manual release buttons and was able to get the key out, and was able to shift gears, so I shifted it out of park and back a few times and still wont start and key gets stuck every time I have to hit the manual release, head lights only turn on if key is turned over, interior over head lights do not work, doors will not lock/unlock, trunk will not pop, But radio works, . any ideas?!?!?!?!?
