Cool wiring pain

I have a 2002 dale earnhardt edition monte carlo. I start the vehicle and have very dimm radio lights, no dash lights, no center consule lights, no heated seats, wipers have a mind of there own when you turn them on then off, and when you turn on the rear defrost the blower motor slows down. I have already replaced the ignition switch and still have same the issues. All my gauges work as well as the radio. Any thoughts?

Did you get the ground under the air box also? It grounds the PCM and can cause all kinds of gremlins to pop up.
