i have a 03' ss...i have factory double-din now...want switch it out...my car didnt come equip onstar
i have factory amp in the trunk... controls on the steering wheel...& engine infor. display thru the factory deck now.... i saw the gmos-04 harness but that has rca cables asplug-in speaker wire conn. .....what is the the correct wire harness i need or anything else i may need... thanks

the gmos-04 does work if u get a hu with rcas, but u dont maintain steering wheel controls, which is really disappointing

 

but he doesn't have onstar so no benefit for him to get a harness that retains it.

Just wondering, do they make head units w/o rca's?

 

besides the older aftermarket hu's not and the stock hu, i havent seen any
