new to the site
i got an 83 monte carlo, the wipers stop working so i bought a new motor and pump. well actually it was a reconstructed one. when i move the switch i just hear a nice coming from the wiper motor but it dont move. it also doesnt shoot the water out, just makes a buzzing noise. what can be wrong?
