Problem solved!!! It was the STARTER... even though AUTOZONE tested my old one and said it passed! Thank for the help once again guys!

Thanks for the follow up dubb, that's great news!!!
I've heard of those Autozone starters failing prematurely many times.
IMO it's best to stick ACDelco for the whole electrical system.
