Default Where is the Horn Relay in a 1978 Monte?

Can someone direct me to the horn relay? I can not seem to find this information anywhere online or in my manuals.

The horn relay should in the power distribution box under the hood...

This what the horn relay may look like...
When you hit the horn button do you even hear a clicking sound?
If not..its very possible that the wire running thru the column to the horn ..maybe damaged..or even severed...
Thus its not makeing contact with the relay switch...

Default No Luck Yet

I looked everywhere you guys suggested. I still can't find that sucker. I think it might be behind the triangular kick panel in front of the driver side door under the dash. I had to change out a water pump today so I didn't get around to taking that panel off. It must be behind there but I still am not sure. Has anyone actually changed out the horn relay on a 78 Monte? Could it be missing from the fuse panel?

It looks like the pic that Stumpmi posted and plugs into a connector mounted vertically on the left (driver) side inner fenderwell.
