Where can I find a new engine wiring harness?

If the harness you got is in good shape, you may want to use it as-is. Perhaps replace any brittle wiring loom. You could use your old harness to play with. Rather use the old one to experiment with vs the new. And this also depends on what you want from the car. Continued daily driving, then swapping the harness may be just enough. SOme restoration to try and make it showroom quality, that might be worth the extra effort.

This is not about showroom quality but to make the car dependable again. Decade old wiring starts to harden, crack letting moisture in and fail in places you never see. I have traced so many faults to old wires and broken solder spots like you won't believe. He is on the right track.
