Having the issue when the monte won't start in the cold. While putting a battery jumper on , I hit this wire, and automatically my lights and dash came on. The car started right after that. I tested this for 3 days and I can defneitly confirm if it's cold I have to move that harness to get my lights and dash to turn on. It's above the battery, next to the spark plugs, and has many connections going to different places, toward the middle, into the negative battery connection. What is this called? I need to replace what it looks the main part. See attached, thanks in advanced!
