I've been looking for this part circled in the picture, I guess it's the Tag Surround or Tag Plate (not my car, but shows it well) but can't find it anywhere, tried all the usual things it would be called, so wondering if I'm just getting the name wrong. The part itself is plastic, with to openings either side for the plate lights and extends between the rear lights, running flush up against them.

Any help would be appreciated!

 

That piece is called the license plate pocket also called license plate shroud.
