ok so i went out to the car today and couldnt find any relay that had much to do with the turn signals or hazzard, i had googled buzzing dash turn signal and turns out the first on the list was someone from the monte carlo forum a few years ago. they said they fixed the issue by getting the BCM replaced and the ignition switch, i didn't understand how the ignition switch would play a part in all of these weird things, but i made the buzzing happen and put my ear to the key ignition...then the hazard, the buzzing was so much louder in the hazard switch. so what i did was order one time will tell if this fixes the issue

Good call George. I just don't think this is a BCM issue. Ignition switch..maybe, but the hazard switch IS a relay in itself. This is a simple, inexpensive, logical place to start.
Keep us posted.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. It's the cheaper try. The ignition switch is a possibility. I've heard of weird electrical issues caused by it resulting in irregular voltage delivery to electrical parts causing them to buzz and burn out. Switch is a little more spendy.

OK so I got around to changing the Hazzard switch, and that wasn't the issue I took it for a test drive to the market, made it there and back fine....then this happened

I do have a pending code p0449 could that be because I have the hac disconneted?

So the other possibility I mentioned previously was the ignition switch. Should be easy for you since you were half way there when you replaced the hazard switch. If you reuse the old lock cylinder no security re-learn procedure is necessary.

I have experienced your new problem Owens, you likely need to replace the ignition switch or do the transistor bypass of the GMpasslock. Or follow the 10min waiting while the car is on acc then trying to start. there is a post here on how to do that, sucks to do the 10min waiting, but if it is once in a blue moon you can survive until you replcae the ignitiion switch

do you think this will also get rid of those weird issues i was having in the first video? i know he said issues with things in the acc postion but i dont know if he meant that or the on position (where the turn signals work) thanks for the link on rock auto if i get next day delivery i can get it for 104, but you help me find the part

Yah, I think it will clear up issues with dash lights (air bag, trac. control etc...unless there is more than one issue.
