What is this hose?
I was trying to paste a pic in here to show what I'm referring to but I don't see how on my phon . Its the hose that runs down to the pipe with throttle body hoses. Whoever had car before didn't put bolt back in right, nearly impossible to get to but I need to in order to clean TB. thanks folks

Is this a 3400? If so, I know there is a black pipe that runs around near the throttle body and has two tiny hoses that go from that black pipe into a part of the throttle body and back out to the pipe (circulates coolant in and out of a passages on the throttle body which is completely unnecessary on these cars).
Is that the hose and am I right on the engine.
