Im guessing your ac evap tube is clogged....
When you run your ac is there any moisture showing up on the ground?

That noise is caused by the heater core. Check around for a coolant leak and make sure there is no air in the cooling system.

The fluid level gets low and the heater core can't fill up causing that noise.

Default check the plastic elbows

there are two plastic elbows that go from the radiator to the engine/intake that crack when they get old and brittle you may get lucky and that is all it is they're like a 20$ part and take a hour or so to replace
