Question Vehicle Current draw in amps, 2000 MC?

I have a 2000 Monte carlo and am relocating the front battery to the trunk similar to newer vehicles. I am fusing the 1/0 gauge power wire from the front to the trunk and need to know what size fuse to protect the wire. Does anyone know what a 2000 monte carlo total vehicle current draw in amps is? It's fully loaded with A/C, sunroof, etc.

If your running a high power stereo or anything else that is aftermarket electrical I would run a minimum of a 100 amp inline fuse. I personally run a 150 and that's on 4 gauge just to power a 1 farad cap and 3 amps for my stereo. 0/1 gauge could cause some serious sparks. I would run a 150 amp if it was my project. It's slight over kill for me but I'm okay with that.

Well I am going to have 9 kinetik 2400watt batteries in the trunk and Kinetik recommends not having the front battery for electrical reasons. I will have three 390 amp alternators. 1 in stock location and 2 in the front battery area. I will have a 4/0 = 0000 awg wire from each alternator to rear battery buss bar. My vehicle wiring that normally would go to front battery will be 1/0 awg wire going to rear battery bus bar. The stereo will not be powered through the 1/0 wire, just the vehicle. The stock alternator is 105 amps max, but I may go wit hthe 150 amp fuse like you said since my alternators will put out more than 105, just in case the more voltage allows my vehicle stuff to pull more. I noticed with 2 batteries, my motors blow faster and my vehicle electrical system is brighter than OEM battery.

Okay what kinda stereo you running? How many amps, subs, watts rms, and anything else? I ran a well powered system that made 155dB in a jeep Cherokee with 1 optima yellow top (still using it 10 years later) and a 1 farad cap. On 4 gauge wire with beefed up alternator wiring.

To run 9 batteries and that much wire you better be running something impressive...don't disappoint me please!!
