I've seen where people forget an O-ring for the PCV and it generates a squeal commonly thought to be a pulley problem. If you listed that in your symptoms, I did not notice it.

What about the white smoke issue??

 

Yea i didnt list the sound problem because i didnt think it was related, thought i needed to replace the power steering pump. And i think the smoke maby came from a oil build up where the pcv goes, but at the same time my wife told me the problems first, so i went with what she said but in retrospect i think next time ill look at it first. But if i do have anymore problems i will do that coolent block off, thats looks like a great idea.
