turn signal makes buzzing noise and then a whole bunch of lights come on

My car do the Samething like twice a year turn signals buzzing dash board goin crazy music turning off...I take my car to a audio shop and they change my fuses and make sure the cars not grounding and that fixes the problem for me...so I'm sure it's a ground Or your fuse

i had the same problem it was the ignition switch

i have the same thing going on this week on my 2003 Monte Carlo , did you get yours fixed
