I have a 2001 SS with 68000 miles on it .It was raining the other day and I went to maine when I got to my destination put car in park shut car off ignition then shut off lights. I also had my fog lights on when I turned the key of the lights started to flicker and the was a noise like a contact opening and closing. so I thought because it was raining it was a short tried it when it was dry fog lights on did the same thing does anybody know what would cause this.
