transmission kicks hard each shift

Default transmission kicks hard each shift

so today i felt a hard shift so i check the fluid it was low so i added some. When i start driving its fine but after 5 min or so it starts to shift hard agin. Any ideas. thankyou.

Was the fluid low again?

no its staying at a good level no leaks

you check your motor brackets seen if there worn may cause your engine to rock and give you the kicked in the rear feeling when accelerating/decelerating. You might need to replace the two on top and 1 on the bottom.

I just had the top two replace and while the long shifts are still happen occasionally the car doesnt jerk anymore while doing it.

Scan the PCM for transmission faults. You probably have solenoids going bad that are causing your issue. Change the fluid and filter, that may solve your issue. Otherwise, you going to have to pull the tranny and change those solenoids.

thanks im going take it to my shop to get it scanned i checked the brackets there good thanks for the help.
