So after a blown transmission, I swapped my factory transmission with a junkyard one. Transmission works great. No harsh shifting or slippage. Everything seems fine. I am concerned about the trans pan though. The junkyards like replace the bolt to empty trans fluid with a plastic cap. The cap is in there very tight but I am concerned it may pop out while I'm driving and I will lose all of my transmission fluid. Is it ok to keep it there or should I replace the trans pan to the factory bolt? Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
