Transmission

I have about 123k on a 3.4l. My transmission shifts hard every once in a while, when city driving. Would a drain and fill help?

If your trans hasnt been serviced in a while, I would drop the pan and drain the fluid. Clean all the material out of the bottom of the pan and replace the trans filter. Then fill it back up with new ATF.
