hi, i was just wondering if any of you have any ideas about these things,

1. how to install
2. price, oem or aftermarket
3. when 1 goes bad should i replace all four
4. recommended place to buy these sensors
5. any other information about sensors on valve stems would be greatly appreciated, thanks. internet link included below

The FAQ's on the Chevy Owners Site (Powered by Yahoo) is a good source of information concerning the accessories and operating instructions for all the stuff on a loaded Chevy.
You can engage a Chevy Customer Service rep in a on-line Chat or use the 800-Number to call Chevy and get someone to personally answer all the questions you might have.

I called Chevy and asked about the DexCool Class Action and for Official Chevy Advice regarding what I should do with regard to the Coolant in my Monte Carlo.

Chevy Officially recommended I continue to use DexCool and issued me a Case Number to reference my call, their recommendation and responsibility for leaving it in.

1. how to install-first you will have to deflate the tire and pop the bead. next remove the nut (i think this is how it is held on) and u can remove the tpms sensor.
2. price, oem or aftermarket-contact a local dealer
3. when 1 goes bad should i replace all four-u only ahve to replace the faulty sensore
4. recommended place to buy these sensors-dealership
5. any other information about sensors on valve stems would be greatly appreciated, thanks. internet link included below- my advice would be to take it to a dealership and get the sensor replaced. after the sensor is replaced they have to be retrained otherwise the bcm will not recognize the sensor and the fault will still exist. this requires a special tool and ive never tried to use an aftermarket sensor and retrain it with 3 stock sensors so i don not know how the aftermarket will respond.
