torque mount

What would be considered bad shape?? Mines got 150k on stock mounts and Id rather my engine not fall out the bottom of my car.. Could the engine pull out of them or something??

You just are relying on the engine holding still using the lower mounts. You'll be fine, it won't fall out the bottom, I just like to let people know to inspect their lower mounts before they rely on them.

I replaced my round torque mount bushings with the poly red ones, but I could not get the square rubber ones to "flip" as some described here and on youtube! they just wanted to tear! so I will get new ones and put the poly bushings in those!

Yea, ive noticed you cannot do that trick anymore.. The cars are getting too old and the rubber is deteriorating..
