I am not sure what the btdc or tdc or atdc is but im sure it is close to that. been a few years for me to actually have to time somthing but i know it will get him in the ball park to where he can get it close enough to have it fire up for him and atleast have a chance to find the right timming for it.

this is why i just picked up a 1979 camaro Berlinetta with T-tops in it. So i had some thing to enjoy working on and also it is REAR wheeled drive. As much as i love my monte i seriously wish that Chevy would have never changed the rear axel out for front wheel drive. Jus tnot the same thing at all.

 

I feel ya, I was pretty excited to hear that GM has not dumped the GTO all together and after seeing the Camaro I think my focus has switched back over to the GTO after the Monte is paid off.

 

see i love the new camaros!!! I fi had a chaoice between the two of them i would take the Camaro again
