Thank you, lol thats all I wanted to know. Mine was a pos used car and has some stuff missing so i didnt know if other montes came with that part.

If memory serves the 2000 I test drove the headliner rolls up smoothly to "meet" the sunroof. I would think if there was supposed to be a trim ring GM would have just rough cut the opening rather then make it a smooth transition. Don't know just my guess.

also, mabe the trim from around the sunroof in a blazer or a jimmy would work? i have no idea if the 6th gen came with any kind of trim stock, but if not it sounds like it shoulda had SOMETHING!

i don't think there's suppose to be the trim ring on the 6th gen, my buddy jeff gordon does have one either
