Went to get in it today and no wipers. Took the dash apart and the switch seems to be working. Going to test it at the wiper motor this weekend. It's about to find a new home if crap keeps breaking.

Went back out and tested power and grounds. No power feeding the wiper side of the switch. Hmm, fuse lights my test light on both sides. pull the fuse and hook my meter up so that power runs through it and I backprobe the harness, BAM, they work. Well that's weird. So I take another fuse and stick in its spot, still works. Put old fuse in, nada. Looks like the fuse has a break in it and has enough continuity to light a test light but not enough to sustain the wiper load.

Smart move deciding to check the circuit with your test light. If not that rogue fuse woud have driven you nuts. Good catch!
