Default Sticky front passenger wheel

Have a question if anyone might have an idea too. Just recently my front passenger wheels acts and sounds like its sticking. This only happens when I let it sit for awhile then put the tranny in reverse and back up. It acts and sounds like I'm rolling over a small cardboard box. Does anyone have an idea of what it may be? I can feel it an am wondering if it could be in the axle.
Thanks

It sounds like a CV Joint issue to me. Check all of your CV joint boots for splits/cracks/leakage. How many miles do you have on it?

also when was the last time you changed the brakes on it?

If they are real low on the pads sometimes the piston will come out to far and it could be colapsing that back in to place and that is what your hearing. Etheir way i would get it fixed it dont sound good.

Keep us posted to what it is so if it happens again to someone else we will know where to point them to

I haven't done anything to it yet. I was thinking that maybe it could be a brake issue but the pads are fine. I have about 80000 on the car. At worse case it could be the tranny. I've noticed the car doesn't have to sit for and extend period for it to happen. Also, I've been testing some theories ex. before backing up I'll put the car in drive move forward just a bit then put it in reverse and back up. When doing this the noise and feel is not as noticable but still is there. Also if I would push the throttle harder than required to back up I'll here a small clunk click sound. This, I'm afraid, may lead to the beliefe that it is a transmission problem or from CV joint? I'll keep this posted when I get it worked on. Good thing I have an extended warranty, sounds like I might need it.
