if you still have warrenty take it back and get them to replace them
Other wise yes you can do it it is not a fun job to get to them or to remove them from teh wheel but you cna do it.
Biggest thing is be real carefule as your dealing with your air bags to so make sure you know how to disabel them before you attack it.
