Default Steering shaft

I seen alot of posts on it,how do you manage to grease it with lithium grease? what end is the hole so you can shoot it in there?

Heres a video on R&Ring the intermediate shaft along with the lubricating process.. You can just simply google most of the questions you have been asking...

I wish I could advise you better, but I had mine done at a shop. I like your Chevelle dude, got any details on it?

SS 396 bored 90 over..matching numbers,a/c, tilt wheel,replaced TR400 with 700R4,gets 21 mph on trips to Lake George car show in NY..won 22 thropies since 1998 when it had full resto..15 in rims replaced the 14's..still have TR400 in garage. I like to post questions to keep you guys looking and it keeps your brain going like mine,motor head since ever...grew up in a dealership in 60's..

Dorman 425-135 Steering Shaft is that the new updated one?,i see a recall on them..

19179922 that is the new one from gmpartsdirect.

Just purchased a mint 2002 and the shaft is talking to me.

Does this shaft definitely solve the problem?

I changed my 03 Bonneville and no more clicking...got to do this one now..
