Steering chirp

Just had this develop and not sure what it is: whenever I turn right there is a chirping sound

but when I turn left no sound. It went away after a bit but not sure what it could be. Any thoughts? Thanks

Have you checked the fluid level in your Power Steering Pump. If it gets low there is a sound related to that it may reassemble a chirp. Also break out the flash light and check the Serpentine belt. Or if you have multiple belts make sure they are in good condition.
