Default Starting issues LS 3400

So I'll start with saying sorry if this has been asked already. I do try to find it first.

My MC won't start on its own. I have to pump some gas into it. I replaced the fuel filter, just btw.

Any advice?
Thanks.

I would conduct a fuel pressure test at the fuel pressure regulator. If the pressure is not within spec or the pressure bleeds off within about 15 minutes I would conduct a second test at the fuel filter fitting. If the pressure holds the fuel pressure regulator is probably defective. If the pressure still bleeds the fuel pump check valve is probably defective and the pump needs replacing.

I imagine I would need a fuel pressure gauge. I'm gonna go and price it. Thanks.
