2nd Gen ('73-'77): Starter problems

Default Starter problems

Rebuilt 350 motor. , installed back into car. Turn the key no start. Battery is good. Pulled starter out bench tested it. It was fine. Put back into car . No start. Checked voltage to starter. Its good. Starter does not even ingauge. Checked all fuses. Good. Any sujestions..?

I could be wrong but it seems to me these also have a solenoid on them could be that is an issue. the ground maybe something that needs to be rechecked also?
