I think you'll just need a slight tune to get your low-end back well.

the fuel trims probably just needed to refresh i should have disconnected the battery to do the job so the pcm would relearn them but i hate resetting all my stereo components and the capacitor is a pain to re-connect also.
it seems better today already after just driving some good distances to work out all the bugs.
