Speedometer

My speedometer doesn't read right. If i'm am driving on the highway it will read like 20 or 30. I replaced the cluster fuse and you can hear the computer reset but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions???

Cluster is probably going bad, very common, but very pricey to fix if you dont have a warranty..
