or other option would be get the reprogrammer from hyper tech ,
there is software out there that i would tell you to look in to more but i dont remeber the name of it. But i have the hypertech and wished i would have bought one used or found another solution for what it dose it is not worth the 400.00 or what ever i paid for the thing.

If you had a 03 i would sell you mine LOL

I read that if you hold 3rd gear until JUST before the limiter kicks in, then grab "D", it is supposed to keep pulling....... I guess I will have to check it out for myself.... I have a 2000 SS, and don't even know if I have a limiter or not.. I have w rated firehawks, (wide ovals)so I feel ok about finding the "limiter". And, yes I know they suck., But they were brand new on the car when I bought it. They are rated AA traction, A temp. ! 320 !treadwear!! Damn these won't last long! But they are grippy as hell, and DON'T squeal in the corners. So I am not going to spend $400 or more just because SOME people don't like them... Read the reviews for this tire, very highly rated....
