Default Service vehicle soon light

Hey guys, this is my first post ever. So here it is, I have a 2000 ss and I have a service vehicle soon light on. All of my lights work inside and outside my car. So I went and checked the fuses, all of the fuses work except two. I tested them with the car off, on and running and they aren't getting any power to the circuit. The fuses themselves are still good, I switched them around and they all still work and nothing is blown. So, HTD MIR and STR COL aren't getting any power. Any help would be appreciated.

The HTD MIR fuse is for the heated mirrors. The STR COL fuse is for the steering wheel lighting. Neither of those problems will set the CEL. Your best bet would be to take the car to a parts store and let them use their scanner to retrieve the code causing the CEL to illuminate. Then you can move forward from there.

I too have the same situation with my 03. Ran the scanner and it says no codes found? and al the dash gauges are within range? Is this something that is coming on due to mileage and saying it's needing major dealer service? Like the timing set or trans needs service?
