Seriously? WHY ISNT IT FIXED!?!
So today I went and cleaned the throttle body, replaced the gasket, replaced the vacuum line that was cracked, cleaned the IAC, then put it all back together. I went to O' Reilly's to return a can of carb cleaner and the CEL came back on for the Throttle position sensor (Low Input). If you guys don't remember this is the SAME damn code that keeps popping up ever 2-3 weeks. The car will run fine for those couple weeks and then will come back up for a couple days then randomly disappear. I've replaced this sensor once and inspected it and it looks fine. WHAT THE HELL?!?!? Where do I go next??

Can you post the code?
I was recently working on a friend's GP with the L36.... He had a code referencing the throttle position sensor, BUT it was NOT the sensor! When reading the info, it mentioned IAC and EGR issues. I cleaned the IAC and EGR and it took about a week and the code disappeared on it's own. I still wanna check his car for vac leaks and check the MAP sensor out (that was listed as a possible problem too).

Just went out and tested the wires. I got a 4.99V on the gray wire and got nothing off of the blue/black wire. From what I read the blue/black wire is the power?

WOW thanks! This is perfect!! I will head outside tomorrow and go over this! I did replace the sensor again to but after replacing the rpms raised up to a steady 2k rpm in P. Once shifted into D the rpms dropped to a steady 1100 rpms

Well I believe my issue is fixed. I returned my TPS and haven't had any issues since. Car idles great (800rpm) and they don't drop below when I let off the throttle. I believe what happen was since I had so much carbon buildup it probably ruined the replacement TPS.. Anyway here are some pics of how dirty the throttle body was...
