Removing Windshield Trim and Rocker Panels?

Does anybody have a "How To" guide on removing windshield trim (Front/Rear) and the rocker panels?

Sorry guys wish i could help. I'mm going to be looking into it myself. I have an 87 SS and i might be doing the windshield myself. Ill be the guinea pig here and attempt to show u what i have to offer.
