Anyone recommend any remote starters. I'm looking to get one for my 05 LT. How much will the dealer charge, and is it even worth it?

 

I am partial to Clifford, but I guess in the grand scheme of things, they're all the same. The dealer is gonna rape you, they tried to charge me $240 to flush my tranny, replace the filter and fluid. It's definitely worth it if you live in an area that gets very cold or very hot, but other than that, it's just a "cool" feature.

 

about 200.00 local electric's place, well worth it in the winter,dealer will charge a lot more

 

i have a viper remote start and i live in texas so it gets hotter than hell and pretty cold too and it is well worth the money

 

Yep. Nothing sucks more than getting into a car that's hot as hell.
