Default Random trim piece help needed

Looking for some help please. I have this trim piece on the windshield that is separating. Can’t think of the best way to reattach. Any ideas? Thanks

Maybe you could put some trim adhesive in the track of the molding and then use a heat gun to expand it back into place, if you had a plastic trim tool or trowel that would help move it.
These pieces of trim expand and contract with the sun and eventually pop out of the original spot.
You might want to consult a glass company that installs new windshields and see if they have a solution as well.

I would not use a heat gun near the glass, it could crack. If this panel is similar to the 95-99 Models, then the lip is glued to the hard plastic part.
You'd have to take the hard plastic part off, most likely need to remove the wiper arms if it's similar to 95-99 models.
