Random engine shut off

Default Random engine shut off
I have a 2000 with the 3.4l. The engine randomly shuts off. When it does the battery light comes on . I have replaced the battery , made sure of good connection, and still having this problem . No codes except transmission line blockage? My little girl drives this car. Please help .
