Default Raizin Voltage Stabilizer?

Hey guys, so I've been looking at this item and I'm not sure what to think of it. I know it obviously stabilizes the voltage throughtout the car, but what else does it do? I know it's not going to giev me any power gains, but is something useful to grab?

Here's the link if you dont know what I'm talking about.

lol I'm not going to get it from this site, so dont worry

And same thing goes for the grounding kits.

sounds/looks like a normal knockoff scam. possibly just a capacitor for each slot. not 100% possitive, but it kinda looks like it

i just installed the mega raizin voltage stabilizer and it seems to have helped out on power for my 2003 monte carlo ss ... my headlights are definitely brighter and i have an automatic and ive notice that the stabilizer allows you to use more rpms before changing gears too my monte would change gears in Drive around 4000rpms now its around 5800rpm give the extra power i was looking for.

heres the link to the stabilizer i got: http://www.pivotracing.com/product/VS-M

now here the one i bought lol way cheapier : http://www.ebay.com/itm/Universal-PI...153a8f&vxp=mtr
