Default radiator replacement question

Replacing the radiator due to a leak. Can I/Should I consider replacing my radiator with a thicker one for better cooling? RockAuto lists 1" and 1 3/8" radiators for the vehicle. 1998 Monte Z34. TIA

When I replaced mine...

I went with the standard stock replacement...
It worked just fine the last 14 years... so why not use what works?

If it isn't broke...why fix it?
Meaning its a proven product at its current/stock size...

I put this one on it. Entirely happy with the fit and function. Thanks for your replies.
