I have been having issues with my radiator fan and am trying to get them fixed. One of the fans works but the other fan does not. Does anyone know if each fan has its own wiring? I am trying to figure out if the actual fan needs to be replaced or the wiring. Thanks.

 

each fan has its own circuit, fuse, relay, and temperature turn on point.

only one fan will work under most situations. the only time the second one will come on is when the coolant temp gets very hot, ~220 iirc, and then only stays on long enough to cool the engine down to ~210 iirc. the second fan may also come on while having the a/c turned on.
