Do you have an old one? just switch the internals around, i'm assuming if you just got a new one you got it for the better buttons, that's what i did and just swapped the internals.
otherwise without the stock radio, you have to take it to a dealership

Ok.. Thanks guys.. To the dealership to waste money I go.. Was just hoping there was ..... But just stinks that a simple radio can screw up so many issues.. A radio....lol.. I could understand changeling the PCM, but not the stupid radio... What a stupid design...lol... Thanks... Mjc....

I'm a locksmith and I wasn't able to program the remote with my Key Programmer either. I had to go to the Junk Yard and get a stock radio and have it unlocked to program my remote. I also invented a trick to repair the remote if the battery tray has became un-soldered from the board. A soldering iron can get too hot and damage the internals but this way seems to be flawless if anyone wants to know, I'll explain it.
