Default Power Steering Fluid

I own a 2003 monte carlo v6 3800 series engine. I have a question on how to access the power steering fluid cap, to be able to check capacity. I have Located the device it is located on the passenger side of the vehicle behind the alternater about a foot and half downward. Is there an easy way to access this??

Default RE: Power Steering Fluid

ya pretty much have to be a money to get in to these cars to find things or to check fluids.

But sometimes you can take the motor cover off and get it this way to.
I happen to have long enough arms i can reach in there and ****** it out to check fluids on mine.
Good luck
