Rock Auto has the Manifold for 131 and the gasket starting at 19 to 45 depending on what brand you buy. Maybe check them out as well.

Hole in intake manifold please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What is the plastic piece on the intake manifold of a 5.3l because mine is broken and I wanna know if I can fix it or I have to buy new intake and what does it run to behind the alternator

this is a Great Close up but it is difficult to understand with out seeing a bigger photo with the entire engine compartment.
So I am just guessing on this; it looks to me like the Corner Engine compartment brace is not connected but maybe its just laying there. If that was loose when driving that may have caused the broken area.
If I wanted to fix this I would find a U-Pull-It salvage Yard and then get the part off of the engine there and should be good.
